# Out of range vector access in gmm\_precond\_ilu.h

The latest libstdc++ has debug assertions enabled by default and I saw that the gmm\_precond\_ilu.h tries to access out of range indices.

I opened a bug report [here](https://savannah.nongnu.org/support/?111246) with the details on how to reproduce the issue. If it was the wrong place, please let me know where I can submit the bug report. Thank you.
